1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Smart ERP, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Use

Your trial account grants full access for 30 days. Trial limit: 10 employees, 5 ZKTeco devices. Commercial use requires upgrading to a paid plan.

3. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the platform. Smart ERP provides infrastructure and security, but data content responsibility lies with the user.

4. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms with prior notice.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email.
